The sessions are held at Riverdale Park East, since the ground there is very diverse we will use the area to maximize the workouts. We'll run, crawl and jump up hills, use the park benches to do push ups, dips and step ups and try to move unmovable objects such as trees - think pushing a car out of a ditch.
